Whether it's snowshoeing or cross-country skiing, mountain biking or hiking, summer or winter opportunities abound in Arapaho National Forest here in Fraser! An abundance of winter activities awaits the whole family including dogsledding, sleigh rides, snowmobiling & the lift-served tubing hill to name just a few. As the weather gets warmer Fraser comes alive with nearly 600 miles of hiking, biking & horseback riding trails amongst the banks for the Fraser River & St. Louis Creek.

 

Also only a 30-minute drive from the west entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park, Fraser is a true outdoors man’s paradise. Condos, townhomes, duplexes, triplexes, and single-family homes are plentiful and more affordable in this friendly town.
