Kristen Meyer

With a father who is a cardiac surgeon and a mother who went to two Olympics, Kristen’s family was no stranger to hard work & dedication. During her teenage years, Kristen competed on the US shooting team which included traveling to national and international competitions. This experience competing on an international level taught Kristen at an early age that drive, discipline & determination would result in incredible success. These lessons have influenced every aspect of her life.

After graduating with a business degree from Notre Dame, Kristen began a career in public accounting at Deloitte & Touche in Denver, where she met her husband, Nick.

Fulfilling a lifelong dream of living in the mountains, Nick and Kristen moved from Denver to Winter Park in 1998, and Kristen’s real estate career began. Since that time she has embraced the business and has been the #1 agent in the Winter Park area over the past sixteen years, closing over $670 million in real estate during her 23+ year career.

Kristen is relentlessly dedicated to her career and her desire to serve and excel is what drives her every day. Technological innovation, creative marketing, commitment, going above and beyond, and high ethical standards are just part of what has fueled her success.

• In 2020 Kristen’s Team closed almost $90 million in real estate in Grand County
• Was the development consultant and listing broker for the first high-end townhome project ever to be successfully launched in Winter Park.
• Has closed more $1 Million+ properties in the last decade than any other Grand County real estate broker.

Horse was Kristen’s first word and at that point her parents knew they were in trouble! When Kristen is not at work she can be found on one of her horses. A number of years ago Kristen became a part of a second family in the Arabian Horse World. The people are wonderful and the experiences of training, competing, laughing and crying have been invaluable. She has won multiple national titles including a highly coveted Unanimous National Championship in 2020. You will never see a bigger smile on Kristen’s face than when she is on her horse!

NICK MEYER

As a licensed realtor since 2000, Nick has a broad real estate background and pinch hits for Kristen when she is not available. Nick is a specialist in market and property analysis, using his accounting background and well-rounded market and business knowledge to benefit both our buying and selling clients. He has even taught classes to realtors in property analysis. With such a dynamic profession there are few areas of the business Nick is not involved in and he primarily supports Kristen and handles challenging tasks for the team (and some not so challenging), whatever they may be.

A third-generation Colorado native, Nick grew up in the Denver area visiting the mountains as often as possible growing up. Graduating with a Business degree with, emphasis in Accounting from, the University of Northern Colorado, Nick began his professional career at Deloitte in Denver where he earned his CPA license. Construction and development clients spawned his interest in real estate and Nick moved to Winter Park in 1998 to work for Hines on the Zephyr Mountain Lodge project development team, which brought Kristen (also at Deloitte) and Nick to Winter Park!

Nick has been a licensed realtor since 2000 and has served in a variety of positions in the real estate business, specializing in roles related to new development. Nick’s passion for conservation is evident in his current role as President of the Colorado Headwaters Land Trust, and in a long-term commitment to wetlands conservation as treasurer of Grand County Ducks Unlimited. He has also served on the Grand County Board of Realtors and several HOA boards. Nick’s hobbies and interests include nearly everything outdoors in Grand County.

PEYTON

Hi, my name is Peyton and I was born April 30, 2010, in Craig Colorado at Bear Creek Labradors. I was named Peyton after the legendary QB Peyton Manning while he was in Indianapolis – my dad’s favorite football player then and now. My dad has remained obsessed with Manning and I am sometimes confused on Sundays when he yells my name.

​​​​​​​I’ve had basic training and am an established bird dog with well-rounded field experience and a high number of retrieves under my belt. I enjoy upland, waterfowl, tennis balls, and sticks. I understand hand signals but take them as “suggestions”. I often join my teammates in the real estate office as the team mascot. My favorite foods are cheese and meat although I am not selective at all.
